Hover - Good or Perfect Maneuverability?

This seems to indicate Good maneuverability is sufficient to Hover:

And yet . . .

Without this feat, a creature must keep moving while flying unless it has perfect maneuverability.

So, which one is right?

I'd say text trumps table as usual, so you can only hover with perfect maneuvrability or the hover feat. But it might also be a mistake in the SRD, so maybe someone with a real PHB / DMG might confirm/infirm this theory...

The feat description is in error and shoud read "...good or perfect..."

I did not check, but I wonder if it is in the errata?

Feats always modify rules, they do not list or indicate rules. Thus go with the table.

The primary source rule would also indicate that the DMG trumps MM in this case.

Shayuri reports that hummingbirds have Good maneuverability . . . thus implying that things with Good maneuverability can hover.
