How about a Pirates of Dark Water RPG?

D20 TOON, with genre settings....ie a picnic basket from jellystone is an item that HEALS the eater. Topcat has the highest charisma in the toon verse...that would be a fun change of pace,

Very fun show. Have fond recollections of it, especially Bloth's colossal pirate ship, which was akin to a small city. Was so big that Bloth didn't board ships by pulling up along side their stern and throwing grapnels, he just had them scooped up whole.

We could do my favorite: Hong Kong Phooey d20 :D

Hong Kong Phooey d20!?!? I'm in! I wanna play his cat.

The old hannah-barbarra cartoon that I've always wanted to see as an RPG: The Herculoids. Anyone remember that one? Goes WAY back to the days of Space Ghost and Bird-man. Truly horrible...but at the same time, so cool!

I remember Pirates of Dark Water, though as was usual they never completed showing the series over here in the UK.

I seem to recall the Ship designs were seriously cool.

The Stone Ape is Igoo. The Dragon was Zok. And there was a triceratops named Tundro, with a super-tough hide and shot pellots from its horn (and I think he had 6 legs).

Yeah, Herculoids and Space Ghost were pretty cool adventure cartoons.
