Interesting. I know Walmart and Blockbuster used these. I thought the questions were pretty obvious what they wanted, "It's okay if I steal from the store." I marked Definitely do not agree.

There is such things as too good. Everyone has some areas where they are tempted. If someone always answers the "right" answer, that's a red flag. Those tests also tend to ask the same question in different ways and from different directions to pick up inconsistencies.

Back when I was hired at that company they didn't have the electronic system. Instead they had a paper test that was pretty long. It was pretty amazing seeing how many times they asked the same question. Fortunately, I scored very high on the test.
