How big are your cities?

I run a game set in a Roman-like world, so I have cities that exceed 100,000 population like Rome, Alexandria and other cities did back then.

The DMG assumes that cities don't get much larger than 25,000 people. But that's certainly not the case for all worlds - thus, some customization is pretty much necessary...

A house is a rare find.

I pretty much stick to hamlets of less than 100

A town in the thousands is rare.

I have a few cities with tens of thousands.

I have a heavily settled area with cities in the hundreds of thousands.

I have cities in the millions.

There are numerous cities in the millions, like the modern world.

My whole world / plane is a city.
