This doesn't actually mean that nothing can harm her - it means players have to think of a way around the protection, and I prefer not to get into too many situations where she may outright lose the child. I'd be heavily annoyed if I've spent the past 6 or 7 months playing a pregnant woman for nothing.

- Pounamu
Glad I am to see your comment that this is not an attack on the wizos, yet worried I am that it appears at least to some that we are being used as OOC shields. No player should have to be concerned of OOC repercussions from their IC actions so long as they play their IC actions with respect to the other players and Code of Conduct. On that note, I should point out that yes, occasionally players report "evil doers" as OOC problems. These are usually to do with harassment not evil, as the player of evil is repetitively trying to attack or force their evil acts upon an unwilling player. If you do know of a situation where there were repercussions OOC for an IC situation, and it's more than "I don't want to play, go away" type of thing, I'm certain that the ISRP Lead WizO Adele would like to hear of it. Feel free to email her at isrp@wizardsmoderator.com. The flipside of this is of course, it's nice when "good" players keep a touch of realism in their game and let themselves get attacked, as well as both sides getting hurt. My own characters are open to attacks most of the time except Pounamu herself is protected somewhat due to her pregnancy. This doesn't actually mean that nothing can harm her - it means players have to think of a way around the protection, and I prefer not to get into too many situations where she may outright lose the child. I'd be heavily annoyed if I've spent the past 6 or 7 months playing a pregnant woman for nothing. - Pounamu
