How do I get a TV to DVD Petition started

I want Family Matters to come out on DVD and heard people write petitons to get shows on DVD how can I start one of these.

That's one option. Another option is to go to TVSHOWSONDVD, I'm not sure if that's the right title, and check off the shows you want on dvd. I'm not sure how effective the site is but it seems to work. I checked off two of my favorite cartoons, Jonny Quest and Gargoyles, which I figured would never hit dvd. Now Jonny Quest is on dvd and Gargoyles will be out in November. I feel that I had a part, although a small one, in that happening

Also, I believe amazon has a mechanism for measuring the demand for a DVD version of a movie or show. Many of the movie houses listen to Amazon when amazon says "well, we have had 10,000 requests for X on DVD." If I recall it was amazon that got Dragonslayer to DVD.
