How do I stop a post from affecting a review?

I just posted a response to a review of one of my products. However, since I have no intention of rating my own product, the post automatically assumes a 0 rating in all three categories. This is dragging down the average rating of the review. Is there any way to post a response to a review without actually rating the product?

Having taken a look of the situation and as it seems no-one else has answered you: It seems this is not possible. Even my great moderator powers of the Reviews Section couldn't affect it

I do remember it was an option earlier, so it must be just an admin setting. Hope Morrus notices this.

EDIT: Well I did a little more experimenting... The result. If you use the quick reply function to leave a comment, it doesn't add a rating. But if you use the advanced posting or go to edit that comment and save the edit it will.

So you can leave a comment without affecting the rating, but you can't edit it. Better make no typos
