Level Up (A5E) How do siege weapons work?

Are they martial weapons? Are any characters proficient in siege weaponry? Can they be moved? How far, how fast?

Unless noted otherwise weapons in Chapter 4: Equipment are martial weapons. After that it depends on the era and is up to the Narrator (earlier the age of technology in play, heavier the siege weapon).
