I would simply add +2 to all scores, but I'm not sure, if they should retain the bonus feat and the extra skill point every level. That would make the humans to a strong LA +1 race. Something like +1.75 CR - a dwarf has a modifier only between +0.4 and +0.5 CR. At least this modification lets the humans remain a versatile race.
