How do you store your Dungeon Tiles?

I am torn between two different ways to store mine. Some days I think using Ziploc(tm) freezer bags (due to their thicker plastic) and using some Smead(R) expanding sorter folders. Their the accordion folders with dividers in it for sorting alphabetically. I have also thought of just using a couple of expanding files, since most of my stuff is in a crate with rails for hanging files.

Gee, can you tell I have done a lot of administrative work in my life?

Compartment box. I have exactly the right kind: There's compartments that are just the right size for 2x4 tiles, for 2x2 tiles, for 1x2 tiles, and something for all but the very biggest tiles.

I keep them in a DDM Beginners boox (Black and Blue Dragon ones).

The three largest are placed inside along with the 10x10 tiles of the kit and the others I place in a zip-lock baggies according to size.

Starting my second box now.

Now that I have looked over the thread I see a lot of zip locks and the DDM boxes in use. The hanging folders sound neat. I do like them being more portable however.

Considering most of my game stuff that goes on the road fits into a 12" x 18" x 12" (approx.) box, the hanging files work perfectly. The box/crate has handles, a lid, and rails to hang the hanging files from. D&D books fit in quite nicely, and any minis I take go in a plastic tacklebox. I should take pictures of this when I have the time.

Maybe its the design of the hanging folder portable box I have but 1x1 and 1x2 pieces will possibly fall out. Maybe plastic bags that are then placed in the folders.

Still, I like the idea and would use it if I ONLY gamed here at the house.
