How do you use spell cards?

The Other Gane Company (ToGC) has a blank card PDF (for free!) on their website that you can type spells into and print them out. Two caveats:

1. This is a PDF FIle. You cannot save your changes unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

2. If you have Acrobat Reader 6 (5 also works, I think...) you can type them in and print them, but you cannot save them. I have done this with batches of monsters and spells, nine at a time, and printed them on cardstock.

[Ogrork the Mighty]

I was just looking at TOGC's spell cards and they look great... except for the grey bar on one side of each and every card. What a waste of printer ink/toner. C'mon guys, can't you create a card that doesn't unnecessarily drain my printer!!!
