how does fast healing feat work (complete warrior)

In the complete warrior there is a feat that lets you heal faster, according to a chart, but it seems like the chart is messed up, because it allows one in some cases to heal ability damage faster if one does not have the feat. Anyone know how it is supposed to go?

I laughed when I saw that... they had the same misprint in Masters of the Wild, in that folks without the feat heal ability points faster than folks with. It's a typo that got carried over... sloppy. I remember from somewhere the chart is supposed to read:

........................With Fast Heal
........................and Heal check
Normal.......................2
Light Activity..............4
Bed Rest....................6

Perhaps I saw it in the eratta from MotW, but that is what I remember... makes sense too. It's twice the rate of ability point healing without the feat Fast Healing.

Oh, wow !
That's the second errated typo I know about that they carried over to 3.5 ...
First the prerequisites (errated to Knowledge Religion or nature) of Hierophant, now the (known!) bug in the Fast Healing table.
Don't they read their own erratas/FAQs ? I think they corrected it in the MotW FAQ.
