601. As an elf, you'd be down 4 points of Constitution compared to a dwarf, so over 20 levels, that's 40 hp.

Drop a toughness feat to get yourself a bard cohort via Leadership. He can grant you two extra hit dice (plus con modifier). He can also sing you a nice song of Greater Heroism for 20 extra temporary hit points.

You might be better off adding a maximized Vampiric Touch to that Staff instead, for 60 temporary hit points, but that requires you to hit someone.

Class = 12 x 20 = 240
Greatness = 10 x 2 = 20
Constitution = 19 x 22 = 418
Temporary = 6 x 10 = 60
Toughness = 6 x 3 = 18
total: 756

With average rolls:
Class = 10 + 6.5 x 19 = 133.5
Greatness = 5.5 x 2 = 11
Constitution = 19 x 22 = 418
Temporary = 6 x 10 = 60
Toughness = 6 x 3 = 18

total: 622.5

If you use Greater Heroism instead you don't have to use an action in battle or hit someone, but you get 40 less hit points.
