I lurked from the beginning and I will lurk till the end.....:D
You're not doing a very good job with the lurking.

Me, I've been here since the whole 3e rumors thing started back in fall of 1999. I assume that's the first incarnation.

I think since EN-World was up, though in a previous incarnation of the board. I remember having to re-register at some point - I think Jan 2002, if memory serves, so at least three years.

I lurked on Erik's boards, and started posting here soon after the move. During one of the upgrades way-back-when, my ID was deleted, so my "member since" date is not quite accurate, though.

I think I came here in early 2003, don't remember, does it matter? :)

Actually yeah. The reason why the boards are sometimes so slow is that the number of members is too great. For that reason, we thought about closing it to all but the oldest (read: pre-3rd edition) members.

I think the first time I came to the site was early, early 2000, but then I forgot about it, and came back later in the year. I remember the boards when all of the topics were on one page and my crappy modem would have to sit for 30 minutes to load them all. But that was the 2nd board, correct?

My first post was to ask a question about the inclusion of a half-golem template in the MM, but I was ridiculed and then I went away. But I came back. :D

I know that the site is loaded, but isn't that the joy of an online community? If I want private, more low key conversations I usually hit another board (I won't name, as to keep it low-key :) ).

I've been on here since the Noah boards, just before 3E first came out...

Although, for the last year or two, I've only had time to lurk, and maybe post once in a blue moon...
