I don't know the dervish class, but charging is used to get triple damage on those full attacks.

MiniHB Feat IIRC (if not, CW). In case of AoOs you can attack with both weapons.

Speaking of the Dervish, anyone got an answer for this one?

Quote 1: If a Dervish wields a slashing weapon while in a dervish dance... (they get an attack/damage bonus).
Quote 2: A dervish may only perform a dervish dance while wielding a slashing weapon...
