I was thinking about Ptolus and comparing it to city stuff I already have and was surprised at the number I already have.

For me it goes:
Lankhmar
Greyhawk
Waterdeep
Raven's Bluff (got the free pdf haven't read yet)
Calimport (got the free pdf haven't read much yet)
Hollowfaust
Burok Torn
Cataclysm on Cloudhome (recently bought, haven't gone through it)
Ptolus Player's Guide
Savage Tide Player's Guide (Sasserine)
Seven Cities
Priest's Quarter (Liberty)
Cityworks

The ones I've used mostly have been City of Greyhawk boxed set, Waterdeep, Burok Torn, Seven Cities, Cityworks, and a couple from non city sourcebooks: an underground city/kingdom from Role Aids: Dwarves, Ptolus from Banewarrens, Rigus from various planescape products, and a couple Ravenloft cities.

Greyhawk and Lankhmar are both heavily detailed like I expect the full Ptolus stuff to be with tons of districts, npcs, organizations, and plot ideas. I find that level of detail floating between helpful and overwhelming to actually use and reference.

So how many do you have and what do you think of them?

Mayfair Games
Columbiagames
The Armoury.

I have two different versions of the City State of the Invincible Overlord, which is enoug city supplement to last me a gaming lifetime.

At least in the 16-21 range (or more). Simply off the top of my head:

- City of Splendors box
- Volo's Guide to Waterdeep
- City System
- 3e Waterdeep hardcover
- Raven's Bluff
- Calimport
- Ptolus
- Bard's Gate
- City State of the Invincible Overlord
- Hollowfaust
- Shalzar
- Geanavue
- Loona
- Cities of Mystery (2e)
- City Sites (2e)
- Huzuz: City of Delights
- City of Greyhawk
- City of Skulls
- Ruins of Zhentil Keep (it's much more city than ruins)
- Rock of Bral
- Otosan Uchi (L5R)
- Sigil
- Sharn
- Freeport

I love city books, since my campaign has lots of cities and my players enjoy having their characters visit cities, so I like to have as many unique cities with good detail as possible.
