If only books with the 3e D&D logo on it count, then six. It'll be seven if I can't come up with a better birthday gift for my wife in the next week.

Oh my lord yes, you really need to qualify (i.e. only 3e D&D products published by WotC). Otherwise, if I count all my 3e, 3rd party d20, 2nd ed., and 1st ed. I probably have over 300.
