Does it have to be 100% wholecloth to qualify? What if I took the "idea" of another adventures (or one I heard about) and wrote it around that? What if I took the map from a published adventure and wrote around that?
I do a fair amount of that. In fact, it's the only way I can effectively use published adventures; I'll raid locations, maps, NPCs, concepts or any other cool element, take it out of context and re-use it to my own ends.

I still consider that "writing my own adventure" though.

I wasn't trying to be difficult (but I can see the need for higher numbered categories above :sheesh: ) Just use your best judgement on what you'd qualify as mostly your work versus someone else's. I suppose it could get tricky blending, but I wouldn't qualify a patchwork adventure fully of other's material.

I've been gaming for over 30 years now.

I have played under multiple different systems.

90% of my adventures are homebrew.

You do the math... ;)

Okay, I chose 11 - 25 - there were 21 I could find evidence of - and figure there are a handful I have never run, or run back in the day and weren't very good. . . :p

Plenty, but I'd never post them. They aren't written like published adventures. They use my own short hand notes and include things for me and the way I DM. Plus plenty were for other game systems.

ive been slaving away at my hoebrew campaign for a few years now and have good 700 pages written up... background, prestige classes, history, ecologies, nations, great big A1 poster maps...

only the players in my group have a complete and utter hatred for homebrew (which is strange considering weve never played in one), so they wont let me run one. Oh wel, ill stick with planescape.
as far as homebrew adventures go ive written a few dozen, but never run them... always hoping ill get grandkids one day who i can DM for!

I rarely run prefab adventures. In the past, I have run one of the Eberron adventures, Dragon Mountain, Dancing Hut of Baba Yaga, one of the Kalamar adventures. I think that's it. I have run several hundred adventures, almost all homebrew.
