I have for 3E:
Greyhawk
Forgotten Realms
Ravenloft
Oriental Adventures (just the one book)
and really that is it.
I have a few Scarred lands books, but more as reference material
I have never run a game, strictly speaking, in any published world EXCEPT Ravenloft, and that was in 2E (I haven't had the chance to run 3E Ravenloft yet, but I do LOVE Ravenloft)
So for me, it is all about reference materials - to get inspirations and little crunchy bits I can "steal" and integrate into my game world.
I have thought about getting Dragonlance, but haven't (for 3E, that is).
I like to build my own world from scratch - but I freely mix in things that might have come from other settings if they seem appropriate. Of course, the names will probably be changed to protect the innocent.
One exception, again, would be Ravenloft - I would run that entirely in the Ravenloft setting - I just love that. (Did I say that already??)
