I run games in two settings: my homebrew vanilla setting and the Forgotten Realms.

Our group play in two more in addition: another DM's homebrew vanilla setting, and a strange mecha/conpiracy variant set in modern Oslo, Norway.

My current group alternates DMs fairly often, so we play in quite a few different settings:
Dark Sun
Eberron
Dragonlance
Torg
Traveller
Call of Cthulhu (although I missed the CoC games as I was on vacation)

There is also talk of an Iron Heroes-inspired game coming along at some point as well.

(In addition to that I am trying to get a second group going to allow me to DM a bunch more stuff - see my sig!)

all of them are included in my homebrew.

all the ones i've heard about and all the ones that are yet to be printed.

i cram it all in...

One: Forgotten Realms.

I also DMed a couple of Oathbound campaigns but have decided to stick to one group and one campaign setting for the moment. However, I'm itching the run a Greyhawk game for three reasons:

1. a 3.5E of 2E's Against the Giants: The Liberation of Geoff;
2. Greg Vaughan's excellent Shadows of the Abyss trilogy from Dungeon 117-119; and
3. the original Vault of the Drow.

Oh, and at some point I also plan to run a Midnight game.

So, the answer is one but I'm aiming for three.

3 settings, though we rarely get to play them much.

Homebrew fantasy drawing on many fantasy sources.

Homebrew sci-fantasy drawing on many sci-fi and space opera sources.

Supers game blending Freedom City, Marvel, DC, Wildstorm, and Champions.

I've played in only 1 at a time. I currently only play / DM in Eberron. I don't have the funding to get books for multiple settings etc, so I generally try to consolidate. Having said that I do have the FRCC and PGtF so I'm happy to play there. IN the past I've done.

* My old DMs homebrew world (2nd ed)
* Forgotten Realms (2nd ed)
* Homebrew / FR mix ('future realms - 2nd ed)
* Forgotten realms - (3.0)
* And now I DM / play in Eberron - long may it continue (3.5)

Just one at a time these days, a nice little homebrew of mine for C&C. When we had more time for gaming, we would always sit down and decide whether we wanted to play in FR, Spelljammer, Dark Sun, Krynn, Ravenloft, etc.

While it was fun having so much variety to choose from, it got to be hectic keeping up with all the different campaigns. And getting people to decide where exactly they wanted to game.

Five for us - often in one campaign.

We play FR, AQ, SJ, OA, and PS in one big multiverse setting. Lots of traveling going on.
