How many times have you died in One round?

Technically you only die once. However, I was wondering whether anyone can beat the 4 deaths that I would have suffered in one round.

Playing a 10th level Half Dragon Psionic warrior, I was bull rushed by an Ice golem through a Primatic wall, put right behind me by a 16th level Wizard. Save DC 24

My first death was when I reached -10, this was simultaneous as I just died from receiving 60 points of damage from the electricity - and failed the massive damage role. Next role was for death which I failed by one. Finally if I had survived all that I was transported to the positive energy plane. (this was done randomly by me at the end to see where I ended up.)

I did make one save, that for being turned to stone. It was not that I rolled low it was just that nearly all my saving throws required 16's or 17's. I had a 50% chance on the fortitude saves - one of which 1 made.

It reminds me about that strip with someone betting he could die drowned and hanged in a car crash.

Well, a wizard in a campaign I played in once actually died twice within just two or three rounds.

level 15 gestalt one shot
I was the fighter thing, and the rest were cleric/warmages and the like, I was pretty good too. Then it came, a REAL challenge a dragon with multiple heads, well it got my as I charged, crited me 4 times and I went down, so the Cleric #1 Revivified me, I am awake, the dragon see's this. Rather than killing a cleric it bites me again, killing me once more. then it Breathes, doing enough to kill me, failed reflex save instantly, one head casts Phanstamal Killer on me just to make sure (GRRR). Then another Cleric revivifies me. Im feeling a little flopped, but non the less angry, I step foward and get felled. yeah.... count em and damn that savage species book to hell

That's a cool combo. I wanna use it on some PCs now...

Mind you, that Ice Golem was rather tactically astute for something with Intelligence 0.

Intelligence "-", in fact. And the Wizard is probably responsible for the golem's tactical genius

As for the subject of this thread, the best I can do is probably falling a couple of hundred feet after being killed in mid-air... *splat*

Besides the double deaths of getting hit by a dragon's ice breath and then stomped on, I can't really say it has happened at all. I don't think I have even seen it that much.

Interesting stories on it happening though.
