Only thing I've ever been able to find is the blurb that characters with low-light vision can see outdoors on a moonlit night as well as they can see during the day.
and what about humans? treat as blinded? RAW looks like that is the solution, but a find it totally unbelievable.
More over, is the rules state that you can see doble in starlight and moonlight, there should have been a distance number to doble.
I'd go with a campfire illuminates about as well as a torch. One that's all coals would illuminate about as well as a candle. And I'd double it up from there. A 10' Space bonfire would illuminate twice as well as a torch, Bright: 40', Shadowy: 80'. Just as a rough guideline.
In 3.0 I had see this suggested (since we had various degrees of concealment).
Full moon 10% miss chance.
Half moon 20% miss chance.
Quarter moon 30% miss chance.
New moon 40% miss chance.
Overcast Moon / Starlight Only 50% miss chance.
