D&D 5E How much speed could a fast monk gain, if a fast monk could gain speed?

Hypersmurf has a similar scheme to accelerate someone in 5e, known as the "commoner railgun." It's… silly. And awesome.

The real question is... Only using up to 20th level and the core books, can 2e, 3e or 4e produce a faster character?

Using just core 3.0, a 20th level monk is base move 90', boots of Striding and Springing doubled that to 180', the Run feat increased the run multiplier to x5, being hasted gives an extra partial action you can use for a partial run (another x2 move), for a total run of x7, or 1260' per round, or 143mph. I'm sure there are other feats and items that could boost it further in the splatbooks.

Well, that was surprisingly simple. I nixxed the splat books in my query because 5e hasn't gone splat yet, and adding in the usual rules creep would probably really kill it
