Having trouble getting my head around the magic item creation rules & wondering if anyone can help me decide what the 3.5E requirements & costs would be to create a belt pouch size bag that can hold, for instance, 100 lbs of equipment (like a Bag of Holding) & produce any stored item sought on top of the pouch (like a Handy Haversack), while weighing a default 5 lbs or so.
I think there used to be a pouch like that in previous editions & but don't know how to bring it over to 3.5E.
