Feeling old

So, essentially, I've been playing since longer than 33% or so of the respondents have been alive. Now I DO feel old.

22 Years of gaming, anywho, starting in 1980. Gah.

Yea, when you been gaming longer then 40% have been alive it does make you feel old.

Shoot I was in the Army when D&D was first published.

When last I bumped 294 was ten percent of the EN World registered users, but this is decidedly no longer the case. I wonder how many folks we can get to help us get close to a good cross section again? I wonder how many folks no longer belong to the age group they voted for last time...

33 years young...have been playing D&D (and other RPGs) since 1983.

It's pretty cool to think back and compare the various editions of D&D and see how much has changed in those 20 odd years.

But aside from the enjoyment of the game, it's the friends I've made and the people I've met because of the game that make it even more fun and worthwhile.
