Thank you for finding that Dausuul. But, I do happen to wonder, what about Sally? She did end up getting the magical secrets feature, so maybe she still has a weirdly high level spell. It wouldn’t be 9th level, but it would be up there.

Quote from the PHB under magical secrets: "A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table". So it has to be one that is no higher than the other bard spells Sally gets. If she is a 14th level bard, she can get a spell of up to 7th level. Part of the cost of multiclassing is that you lose out on those top level spells.
