How to meet gamers?

Gleemax's search feature isnt up yet, how could i go about finding a group?

I recommend the "Gamers Seeking Gamers" forum here at EN World. Or try your FLGS. Or go to bars wearing your D20 shirt.

Visit AccessDenied.net. It is a gamer registry. Search for gamers, and then add yourself to the registry.

Update your profile so that your city and state appear by "Location:" under your name on your posts.

In the past 5 years I've had 3 completely different gamer groups that I each met in completely different ways.

1) I met from the cork board in my FLGS

2) RPG.net has a gamer meet up section

3) On ENWorld one day, I saw someone with a location near me next to their name. I sent them an email to say hi. About a month of emailing back and forth later, the guy I was talking to asked me if I knew anyone interested in a D&D game. I said I was.
