Don't forget twin and repeat spells, if you are just looking for # of effects. Good point about the familliar and shared spells, too. As for all those area effect spells and your summoned creatures, if you are using my personal favorite, the celestial dire bear, he should be good. Great SR and resistances.

The idea was you can do 2 rounds at once and normaly nothing can stop you from doing it.
Preety much same as you would allow fighter to perform full attack action 3 times before anyone can say 'strawberry pie'.
