I'm not a subscriber. I'm one of those folk who have the FLGS put aside and hold a copy for me of both magazines.
While I find Dungeon incredibly useful (either in terms of running the adventures 'as is' or for mining for pregenerated NPC and creature stats) and keep my backissues accessible (ie, not in storage), I can't say the same for Dragon.
I have the Dragon Archive CD. When I want to read a Dragon that's within the archive (001-250), I pull the PDF up on screen rather than go hunting for one of my aging paper copies. I'll browse the collection.
When I want to read one of the recent Dragon back issues... I tend not to bother, except when there's a specific article (and that's when I know which issue it's in). I don't browse the paper collection at all.
There's a certain degree of convenience with the electronic back issues of Dragon that I don't have or enjoy with the paper back issues.
Would I buy new issues of Dragon electronically? It depends. I'd have to wait and see how Paizo wanted to handle that (pricing, size of download(s), availability) before I make that call.
