I say it suh-HAWG-in. I'm pretty sure that's wrong when I actually look at the spelling, but I've been pronouncing it like that since I was a dumb kid who had just gotten his hands on the 1e Monster Manual, and now I'm too old and crusty to change my ways.

Sah-Huwah-jin (although I tend to use the word Ponaturi (Por-nah-tuh-ree) instead)

* ponaturi is a Polynesian creature suspiciously similar to the Sahuagin)
