human halfdragon, feats??

I have a human with the half dragon template, I am a 1st rogue, and 3rd lvl wizard. How many feats am I supposed to have? I know I get 2 at 1st level, 1 for human, 1 for any 1st level person. And I know I get a 3rd at 3rd level. But Do I get one at 4th level for being a half-dragon? I remember it saying something about that in the MM. Pls help me out, thanks

You just get the feat for third level. The MM entry specifies that the half-dragon gains 1 feat per 4 hit dice, or the base creature's number of feats, whichever is better. And the feat progression for characters is obviously better.
