No, it hasn't changed. This was entirely done by DM's Guild in a partnership with Humble Bundle and authorized by WotC (as mentioned in the Humble Bundle page).

With the approval of the creators, I would hope! I wish there was a tier between the 19 and 11 item bundles because I want most of what's in it, but I already have your MME in both PDF and Roll20.
