Note however that I'm not sure you can supercede your own marks. However, if someone else in your party can mark...

Pardon the noobness, but I've reread the aforementioned page with no luck, I cannot see anywhere in there where it states that you can shuffle marks by expending minor actions??

Because it takes a minor action for the classes in question to apply their marks. If one of the classes was a warden, then it would be a free action to apply that mark, etc.

That said I'm not sure you can actually overwrite your own marks by RAW, this topic needs a little more exploration.

Yes, it should work. "Mind spike" just demands "marked by you", not marked by your "Power/feature X).

I am still a bit worried that a battlemind lacks one opportunity action each round to make his enemy´s day really bad...

1) Hybrid Battleminds don't have blurred step, so it's not an issue for them.

2) Lightning Rush + at-wills that can be used as OAs

3) Why is your party not standing near you and making your job hard? If they're adjacent to you, you can stop the tricks of anything you've marked. That seems powerful to me. Blurred Step is plenty good at 'once per turn.'

Battleminds are equal in stickiness to Wardens--'I stand beside the enemy' isn't enough to lock someone down with Wardens either.
