I'm not quite sure what your link is supposed to do, but if you're trying to link directly to the comment, the "permalink" (anchor button) at the bottom right corner works.

edit: oh, I see. That is odd, but it doesn't appear to be related to your comment alone. Some of the other links display odd behavior as well (linking to the blog post instead of the comment, etc.)
