I can't remember the name of a PrC.

It was a PrC for sorcerors, I believe out of Dragon. My DM had a photo copy of it awhile ago. Probably one of the first PrC in the magazine.

I think the main benefit was extra spells known, and some spells were permanently metamagic'd. For instance at 17th level you might have fireball be permanently maximized and still be 3rd level but you wouldn't have 8th level spells. Anyone remember what it was? It was sort of a witch type picture with it I think.

I hate PrC's in Dragon because I don't want to pay $7 a month for a couple crappy Tarresque worshipping PrC's that I'll never need only to find 1 or 2 decent PrC's every couple months.

If it is posted, it's being done illegally. Your best bet is to go to the gaming store and see if you can flip thru the issue in question, or just find someone who has it.

My local library acutally has past issues, go figure.
