Ie. do you game in one of the worlds above? Or any I have missed?

And what about the conversion, how have you handled it?

I myself really like Dragonlance 4th age, but the conversion seems way too troublesome (I haven't figured out yet whether Tower Wizards should be prestige classes or not. The same problem arises with the knightly orders.)

I pretty much have only ever played in homebrew settings, with the possible exception of Spelljammer, but even then, that is more of a genre than a setting.

The only setting I think I'd really enjoy as a setting specifically would be Ravenloft.

I game in a homebrew world or two,
My own Midre when I GM, (not just DND gets played in that world so GM) , A friends Breaklands game (Romano/ Britain monothiesm with insane atlantean overtones and a few Celts), and a heavily modified Mystara.
Not gaming anything now though :(

I'm getting ready to start my players in a OA3e game using the 2e Kara-tur setting, mixed with some of the 1e OA material. I'm not a great fan or Rogukan, and I don't know of any other oriental setting being published right now.

For some bizarre reason I seem unable to vote in any of the polls. However...

My favourite ready-made setting ahs to be Planescape, and I've run a major campaign right up to level 20 in it - perhaps mainly because it offers much of the freedom of a homebrew campaign that other ready-made settings lack.

Right now I've started a new campaign in my homebrew setting - link in sig to the story hour! (shameless plug ;) )

I think planescape converts quite easily. I think Dark Sun is quite hard. I wonder how people did/do it.

What do you think of the sites who handle official conversions (Athas.org and the dragonlance nexus), people?
