I've gotten the e-mail before, and it is indeed a form letter. However, there seems to be a real human behind it, as I've e-mailed him and gotten a response that couldn't have been automated. However, I do not provide my contact information, and would reccommend you not provide it either.

Indeed. The initial letter appears to be a form letter, but there are humans behind it. My staff received contacts over a period of time, possibly when the staff behind the site finally came across people to contact. There were very polite emails back from the person behind the site. Although I don't know french, so i never really checked out the website afterwards.
