Level 2-4. 10 days. 20 GP.
Level 5-10. 20 days. 40 GP.
Level 11-16. 30 days. 60 GP.
Level 17-20. 40 days. 80 GP.

I wrote about healing options in this post. The lingering wounds are rolled when a characters is reduced to 0 HP, takes a critical hit or fails a death save by 5 or more. There is a table with different effects.
