I have to renew my subscription?

Weird. I got an email telling me my subscription runs out, and lo when I check in Settings (way down under Paid Subscriptions -- not an incredibly easy place to find if your goal is to get people to stay subscribed) it says my CS account ends in 2 days.

Even weirder, that means the subscription only lasted 10 months. I don't recall doing that intentionally. I thought it was an auto-renew.

I don't see a 'renew' button. Do I just have to buy the subscription again?

There's information on what to do (or, more importantly, what not to do) when you get such an email on the subscription page.

Yay me for not reading. I just glossed over it as I scanned down the page. Is it possible for you to put that information in the 'you're going to expire soon' email? Or put it directly underneath the 'this is when you'll expire' part of the Paid Subscriptions page?
