Props to Piratecat and the Rouse for being class acts! Way to go! Look, this doesn't have to be Extremely Negative World. I come here mostly for the news, but I also like to have some good D&D discussion. I don't want to mourn the loss of Arneson; I want to celebrate his life and the gift he and Gygax gave to us all. D&D has changed my life for the better in many ways, all thanks to the foundations laid down by Gygax and Arneson. I believe that if you look for doom and gloom, you're going to find it. Likewise, if you look for the positive, you will find it. People have predicted the end of D&D for ages now, and you know, we're still here over 30 years later, strong as ever. I believe that fighting over gaming editions or settings is kind of silly. Different strokes for different folks. I think my sig covers how I feel about that. What's more important - being right, or playing the game? I wanted to say thank you to Wizards of the Coast for putting out the Dungeons & Dragons game. I may not always agree with everything you guys do, but I truly do enjoy the products you produce and for being the driving force behind keeping this hobby I dearly love alive. Amen, brother! I, too, shall don the Tutu of D&D Goodness.
