Check out campaign Cartographer and Dunjinni, both easily googleable.

I bought CC after watching a bunch of video tutorials on youtube.

Thanks for the recommendations folks! I just lurk around listening for suggestions (and unfortunately occasional bug reports).

There's a new beta up with some new features and bug fixes, although it may have new bugs. Look for the "beta version" link at the top of the pages. It has many new icons for both terrain and features and native printing and a more advanced image export (but the old image export is also there.)
