Just don't look at his Reflex save :D

This is exactally why my (temporary) 10th level Cleric took Lightening Reflexes. That +2 won't seem like much to you, it didn't till I thought about it, until you've just failed a save by that crucial point or two.

Of course the fact that my Cleric's got the Luck domains means that extra couple points is awfully handy when re-rolling that I-really-can't-fail-this-one save vs Reflex roll I'd just muffed.

Clerics rule!

Ok first off ask if you can kind of redo your character a little.

If you plan on taking fighter levels take them first!
say your human, for your first 2 levels take fighter
1 feat for 1st level
1 feat for human
1 bonus fighter feat
1 bonus fighter feat for 2nd level

then your 3rd level take cleric, you get your 3rd level feat, plus if you take War, you get Weapon Focus!

Your character is now knee deep in feats!

Also take Craft Magic Arms and Armor as soon as you can. You'll be able to outfit yourself (and the rest of the party!). Then maybe Craft Wonderous Item or even Leadership.

Defenders of the Faith has those juicey Divine feats, so good!

Hey Hescamar, could you give us some more info about your current character? Lots of people here are suggesting complete from-the-ground-up 5th level characters, but I assume you will have to work with the 4th level cleric you already have...

SO: What domains does your cleric have? What are hsi stats? Do you prefer playing a front-line melee damage monster, or a spellcaster?

well, thank you guys for making me realise what a good class the cleric really is, i hadn´t really looked at him more than skills, hd, and spells per day. So i had no idea about the domain powers, spellswapping and that he had some really great spells, like bulls strenght and that armor enchanting thing.

@Conaill: I din´t know about the domains :o so i havn´t chosen them yet, he´s a cleric of st. Cuthbert, maby you know what domains are good for what.

his stats:
str: 15
dex :10
con: 16
int: 14
wis: 17 damn wis draining monster
cha: 16

quite good, but i had to be rewarded for taking the "boring" role of healer, guess if the dm will regret this one :D
After reading through the cleric and st. Cuthbert texts and i think that a first line-fighter who buffes himself before combat, and heals after.
