I need opinion's on my site's new layout....

I am in th process of redesigning my site..and have a basic concept for it that I want to get some opinions on...

The site is http://www.cyberneticsorcery.net/test.htm

As of right now..the only links that work are the HOME link and the CS Database link under Dragonstar...I've been experimenting with DHTML... just lemme know your opinions...thnx

Wow...everyone that has voted seems to like it....cool...

I guess I can count WallShot and WiKid's comments...although they are my partner's in crime...they haven't seen the new design...

I'm seeing a blue on black navbar on the left, a title in the corner, an ad on top, and
<%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT" CODEPAGE="CP_ACP"%>
in the content area...

Eh. The menu bar looks choppy (will they all be gray at some point?) ... and why is it against a black background? It would unify the page more if it were white. And honestly, I am not a fan of frames. More trouble than they're worth, IMO.

I've changed the menu bar to varied shades of grey...added links to individual sections...(still haven't put the content yet as I'm working on the interface and layout first)....I've gone with a black background overall....hopefully these are for the better...
