I need some ideas on where to start

Hi everyone!

I need help in putting 3.xe stats to this monster.

Well they have a high strength (maybe even thirty), a high dex, and a high natural armor. They're monstrous humanoids, and maybe Shapechangers if you want to keep the whole zoanoid thing. They've got claws and bite but they seem to favor their claws. Maybe give them Improved Natural Attack with those. They should probably get high racial skill bonuses to climb and jump, but then pretty much all anime characters act like that. And with those huge bat ears you might want to give them a heft listen bonus as well.

Well, I'm not fond of a high AC so I'll probably give them damage reduction.
