I think minotaur's are the mystery race

Besides... I don't ever see a Minotaur being a level 0 PC class

If 4e uses racial levels like AU or something then this wouldn't be a big deal. Besides who says that they need to start out big? Maybe they start out medium sized and grow larger as they gain levels.

Krynnish minotaurs are a +0 ECL race, so it's not exactly a problem.
