Sure. But don't you think that they'd have mentioned that in their sales pitch?

Sounds like something I saw on Kickstarter. Pre-owned does not mean used and not sure of Walmart policy for selling items but could be idea that was prices too high for the market and/or leftovers from Gen Con Dealer room.

I can see where someone accidentally hit an extra key on the phone when inputting the price.

My wife gets Walmart groceries a lot and if they are out of something, they might suggest similar to be shipped to you. We had an offer of peanut butter normally $12 for two jars at $45 to get it next day shipped. There have been others as well.

It's interesting to note that there are a number of suppliers of hex paper for gaming...

and for chem...

and the RPGer ones mention hex sizes, but chem ones don't.
