I find my posting on here comes and goes in spurts. Mostly based on free time, and/or boredom levels.

That's what I find too. Life isn't that consistent.

No, it's a feat only available to the Houri prestige class. Don't know what it's good for however, it doesn't seem to deal damage... :\
