Iaijutsu Focus and Foes Immune to Criticals

First Post
I seem to recall the foes who are immune to criticals and sneak attacks are also immune to the extra damage from using Iaijutsu Focus. However, I can't find that stated in the books. Am I misremembering, or just blind? :)

Thanks!

I'm not certain (not having looked at the book in several months, and not having it in front of me), but I think that Iaijustu Focus works on everyone/everything. I seem to recall part of its purpose being for breaking objects, and if that is the case then it should probably also work on golems/plants/undead/whatever. You still need them flat footed though (which is different from not having their dex bonus)

That was my logic too (although I don't know why you only do 1/2 damage to objects - I think the authors got confused with energy damage).

Any other opinions? Thanks!

Iaiutsu works against objects, constructs, undead etc.
The subject has just to be Flat-footed and you have to draw your weapon.

It also works against Rouge/Barbarian even if they have uncanny dodge. (Uncanny dodge states, that WHILE you are flat footed you retain your dex bonus to AC)
