How again did a concept such as a skill use's 'honourableness' enter into a rules discussion?

Because of who gets the Iaijutsu Dual skill.

We're assuming the Spirit of the skill, based upon who gets it.

Experts? Factotums? Human Paragons?

I happen to have a Factotum who has max ranks, and uses it whenever it serves his advantage. You forgot Exemplar.
