D&D 5E [IC] Escape from Castle Illvithar

Whisper sneaked up to the doorframe opposite the dwarf and peeked inside. Looking across the threshold, she shrugged and pointed at the creature, wondering if they should attack it while it was distracted and otherwise engaged.

For the moment, discretion is the better part of valor. Koregar gently closes the door. "Letting the love birds have their moment, he whispered. "Can you lock this door?" Then he goes to check out that smiley face.
 

As the dwarf wandered away, Whisper struggled to return the bar into place and then wandered just south of the intersection the dwarf entered in order to keep an eye on both him and the door containing the horrific creatures.
 


The wall is marred with a strange crude face painted to the wall at what seems to be a dead end.

Whisper looked at the painted wall warily. "Did you try, I don't know, smiling at it?" she rasped as she approached the area, giving the wall a once over. She even tried smiling at it, but it came out as more of a grimace, as if she hadn't ever really learned how to smile.

OOC: Not sure if this is metagaming, but I figure Whisper would consider it odd enough to give the wall a look.
